Why are the prices so low?
At Flowersoftheday, we love the idea of “just-because” bouquets and we want to make it affordable for everyone. Offering only 1 design per day helps to lower our cost for each bouquet.
Is there any delivery fee?
FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY will be fulfilled before 7pm for orders placed before 12noon, or latest by 10pm if placed between 12pm- 3pm. Under the free delivery option, our courier have their own delivery route and we will not be able to advise the exact timing that your bouquet will be delivered. You may also choose to pick up from our studio at no extra charge (not available for same-day orders).
Can I specify a time for the delivery?
Yes, kindly note the cut off time for each time slot. If order is placed after the cut off time, the flowers will be delivered at the next available time slot. There will be no refunds for excess delivery fee.
– 9am to 1pm (+$25) Cut off time 3pm the day before
– 1pm to 6pm (+$20) Cut off time 11.59pm the day before
– 6pm to 10pm (+$20) Cut off time 11.59pm the day before
Do you delivery island wide?
We deliver to all locations within Singapore, except for Jurong Island, Tuas, Army Camps, and Airport Terminals. Please ensure that someone is around to receive the flowers. In case the recipient is not contactable with the given contact number, flowers may be left at the door. We engage a trusted external courier for all our deliveries and additional charges may be incurred for repeated delivery attempt.
Will product look exactly like the picture?
As flowers are a natural product, there may be some variations in size, color, and floral placement for each bouquet. We may also replace certain flowers/ fillers with similar alternatives in case of unavailability. However, the overall vibe will be similar to the picture.
Can I cancel or postpone my delivery after placing order?
Due to the limited quantities we offer per day and planned route with the courier team, we are unable to postpone your order. No refund will be given for cancellations.
What is the size of the bouquet?
Bouquets generally measures 20 – 30cm wide but may vary. There is also an option to upsize.

Can I book a bouquet in advance?
Yes you can! Select the pre-order option and state the date of delivery. We are unable to advise the design for that day in advance. Pre-order is recommended to reserve a guaranteed slot as we have limited deliveries everyday. If you prefer to know what design you are getting, do take a look at our everyday-bouquet collection.
Can I change my delivery address?
